USAGE*:  Ensure proper usage. Refer to Usage and Sizing page for all details upon proper usage. Do NOT wear shorts when using the VL Harness (pants only). Wear proper shoes - NO OPEN TOED SHOES. Only athletic, turf, or cleats recommended.

TERMS & CONDITIONS*:  Velopro Sports will not provide any returns or accept on any product(s) sold independent of our website(s) or through 3rd party dealers or Velopro Sports reps. If you purchased your product(s) through such avenues (listed above), please refer to them for all returns, warranty, or refund issues. If you purchased your product(s) directly from Velopro Sports and did NOT go through a 3rd party purchase, the following applies:

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY*:  Velopro Sports warrants to the original purchaser of any Velopro Sports product(s) that the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover damages resulting in accident, misuse or use not intended for product(s), abuse, anticipated wear and tear, lost or damaged product(s) due to elements, or prolonged exposure to sun, heat, cold, or weather.

TO START WARRANTY PROCESS*:  Email [email protected] with your original purchase order, name of product and name of damaged item, copy of receipt, and name and email used to purchase product(s). Send damaged product(s) with all pertinent information (listed above) to Velopro Sports at 22728 Russell Road, Kent, WA 98032. Once we receive your damaged product(s), we will evaluate the damage and issue a refund or replacement - if such damaged product(s) or item(s) qualify for a replacement or refund.

PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR HAS MISSING PARTS*:  Once your product(s) arrives, inspect immediately. If your product(s) arrived damaged or has missing parts, email [email protected] within 3 business days of arrival. Provide your purchase order, transaction ID, email used to purchase product with, name, and return address. We will contact you within 48 hours to procure replacement or refund.

PRICING CHANGES*:  Velopro Sports reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price increase will not apply to purchases prior to price change. No refunds or credits will be issued to past purchases due to current or future pricing changes. Promo codes must be used at time of purchase and will not be credited back after any order is placed. 

SHIPPING TERMS*:  Shipping costs are not included in advertised pricing. Sales tax will be charged - when required by law. If you are shipping to a state that requires sales tax for online purchases, at the time of checkout, taxes will be added into your overall purchase order. All shipping charges are responsibility of customer. If item(s) or product(s) arrived damaged, shipping replacement item(s) or product(s) will be responsibility of Velopro Sports.

DELIVERY*:  In the event Customer (you) unreasonably defers delivery or delays the receipt of delivery after we or shipping company has notified you of product(s)' arrival, product(s) will be returned to Velopro Sports. Additionally, if you provide an incorrect shipping address, product(s) will be returned to Velopro Sports. Customer (you) are responsible for any new shipping, handling, and tax charges that apply to redelivering Customer's product(s) back to Customer.
