Starting Reference Drills 1-3
The following drills were specifically designed for your Velocity LOAD harness usage by MLB, MiLB, and NCAA hitting personnel and players. All drills are to be utilized with VeloPRO Baseball's hitting program that is backed by 7 years of hitting analytical data and over 12 different INDEPENDANT studies conducted at the University, lab, and field levels.
All the following drills are to be conducted in order from #1 - #3.
