Velopro Sports Terms, Conditions, & Policies
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. We do not ship over weekends or on holidays. Our standard shipping method is USPS. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Kent, WA & should arrive within 5-10 business days. We ship internationally, but product(s) arrival time(s) may vary. Shipping rates are subject to product(s) dimensions & weight. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service or utilize your tracking number & info that was provided at time of purchase.
Velopro Sports accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date - as long as they are not (1) damaged by Customer, (2) utilized by Customer for more than 7 days, or (3) purchased from 3rd party vendors or resellers. All returned product(s) must be purchased directly from Velopro Sports, LLC via www.veloprosportsus.com or our Amazon.com site. Please send the product to the 22728 Russell Road, Kent, WA 98032, with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card from when it is processed. If the product was purchased from a third party, you MUST contact that 3rd party vendor or reseller & deal with them directly for all returns, warranty issues, or usage concerns.
Velopro Sports offers a 30 day warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. This does not include natural wear and tear. CHECK ALL PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL FOR DAMAGE. Products deemed defective may be sent to the 22728 Russell Road, Kent, WA 98032, with a copy of the receipt within this 30 day period for replacement only. Velopro Sports does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility. If you have a larger product, please email photos first, along with your contact information to Info@veloprosportsus.
Warranty issues will be processed during regular business hours of M-F from 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, refuse the product(s) & please contact us immediately at Info@veloprosportsus.
To return a product damaged in transit, refuse the product(s) & contact us immediately. Customer care will direct you to return your UNUSED product(s) in its original packaging, along with a copy of your purchase order & transaction ID. You will ship your UNUSED product(s) to 22728 Russell Road, Kent, WA 98032. Once we receive your damaged & UNUSED product(s), we will evaluate their condition(s) & if you are entitled to a replacement, we will ship a replacement out within 3-4 business days upon receipt of such damaged & unused product(s). Velopro Sports will not ship any replacement product(s) to any customer(s) until we receive damaged & unused product(s) in our warehouse.
30 DAY MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY:
Velopro Sports warrants to the original purchaser of any Velopro Sports product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We ask you (the Customer) to save your proof of purchase, as it will be a required part of the warranty process. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from: (1) accident, (2) misuse, (3) abuse, (4) anticipated wear & tear, (5) lost, misplaced, or stolen merchandise, (6) modifications to product, or (7) damage resultant from the elements. Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under this warranty. This warranty is valid in the USA only. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. If you have questions or are attempting to reach us regarding warranty issues, email Info@veloprosportsus with the following:
1. Name of product.
2. Name of damaged part needed.
3. Picture(s) of damage(s).
4. Copy of receipt to verify date of product purchase or order number if purchased directly from our website
5. Name and shipping address.
We will contact you during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday between 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST.
PURCHASED FROM 3RD PARTY OR RESELLER:
If your product(s) were purchased through a 3rd party or reseller site, you must deal directly with such 3rd party vendor or reseller site. Velopro Sports does not directly service any Customer concerns, replace any product(s) that arrive damaged, or provide any warranty for any product(s) purchased through a 3rd party or reseller site. Please contact them directly and they will service your needs.
Promotions are only valid during the specified dates on www.veloprosportsus.com only. Any 3rd party or reseller vendor or site promotion(s) will not be honored or accepted by Velopro Sports, as such promotion(s) are only valid through their respective 3rd party or reseller site(s).
Velopro Sports promotions are not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Each promotion only applies to the specified product or products. Promotion is not retroactive and doesn't apply to previous purchases. Velopro Sports reserves the right to alter or change promotions at any time.
All sales terms set out the full extent of our obligations & liabilities in respect to the sale of any Velopro Sports product(s) to Customer. Except for the express limited warranty for the product(s) purchased, Velopro Sports disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. We shall not be liable for any economic losses, loss of data, performance decreases, injury, fatality, permanent disability, disability, temporary disability, loss of work, loss of goodwill or reputation, or for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising from any direct or indirect usage of any Velopro Sports product(s). Velopro Sports further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for or defects in workmanship caused by third parties or reseller vendors or sites or modifications made to the products by such 3rd parties or resellers or customer(s) themselves. Velopro Sports further disclaims all liability and damages of any kind related to use of products in any manner which is not consistent with the product’s intended use. Velopro Sports further disclaims all liability and damages of any kind related to or resultant from participating in any type of activity while using any Velopro Sports product(s).
If any provision or provisions of these sales terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
These sales terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A.
